Room Rentals

Sunol’s Wedding and Event facilities can accommodate up to 450 guests.  We also have different rooms that will suit your event needs. Below is a list of the rooms we offer for rental. Feel free to contact us and request more info of you have any questions.

Mission Room
This room will seat up to 80 guests. With its panoramic views of the golf course and large granite bar it is very popular for small receptions, anniversary parties, birthdays and tournaments.

Coronado Room
The Coronado Room seats approximately 200 guests. The room has a very large dancefloor with a stage for your entertainment. The windows on 2 sides have a view of the surrounding hillsides. The room has a full service bar and an adjoining deck.

Coronado & Pavillion
If your party exceeds 220 guests the room will expand into the Pavilion room which will accommodate approximately 450 guests.

Garden Room
The Garden room is a private room located on the lower level and seats approximately 150 guests. The room has a full service bar and large dancefloor.

Pavillion Room
The Pavilion room seats approximately 150 guests. It has the best view of the golf course and surrounding hills.

Top Floor Bookings
The Coronado/Pavilion Rooms can accommodate up to 450 guests seated for a sit down dinner with round tables that will seat 10 guests each. A large dancefloor with a stage can accommodate your dj or band. The Mission room can provide additional room so you can enjoy a setting for cocktails, pictures, or other wedding acitivities.
